Simple Project is committed to ensuring the quality of our products and offers 30-Day Free Returns. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on simpleprojectus.com, we accept return requests within 30 days of product delivery.
- 30-Day Free Return policy is based on the delivery date displayed on the carrier's website. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond 30 days, unrelated to product defects, will not be accepted. Requests for returns or exchanges related to product defects beyond 30 days will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
- Returns to simpleprojectus.com are only accepted for products purchased directly from simpleprojectus.com. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the actual point of purchase for assistance with returns. Products purchased on simpleprojectus.com cannot be processed through any other distributors, retailers, or dealerships.
- If the return is initiated by the customer, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the order processing stage. Conversely, if the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the costs associated with the return.
Return Requirements

Return Authorization Request
If you need to initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@simpleprojectus.com or fill out this form within 30 days of receiving the product. Please make sure to provide your order number, details of the purchased product, quantity requiring return, and a complete description of the issue. Additionally, to assist us in thoroughly reviewing your return request and expediting the return process, kindly refer to the following guidelines to provide us with detailed information, clear pictures, or videos for better understanding of the situation.
General Returns
Please provide clear images showing both the product and the outer packaging.
Please note:
- If you have not opened the package, providing pictures of the product's outer packaging is sufficient.
- If you have opened the package but not removed the product, please take photos with the product remaining inside the packaging.
- If you have removed the product from the packaging or have attempted installation, please provide images showing the full appearance of the product as much as possible.
- If you need to process returns for multiple items, please arrange them side by side for a group photo.
If returning/canceling an order for personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, restocking fees, interception fees, and any other applicable charges. The actual amount will be determined based on the incurred expenses.
Defective Product Returns
1.Received Damaged Products
- Please provide clear close-up photos showing the damaged area, photos displaying the entire product, and photos of the product's packaging.
- If multiple products are damaged, please supplement with a group photo or video showing all instances.
2.Received Products with Issues
- Please provide a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos or videos showcasing the specific status of the product. This will effectively assist our product and technical departments in professionally and accurately assessing the situation and providing you with a satisfactory solution.
- If you have purchased a smart toilet, please also provide a photo of the barcode located on the side of the toilet lid.
3.Received Products with Missing Parts
- Please gather all items from your received package and take a photo of them together to provide to us. This will help us promptly identify which part is missing.
- For products shipped in separate parcels, due to various factors affecting logistics, they may arrive at different times. Please contact our customer service promptly for confirmation.
Please note:
- We will not be responsible for any labor costs/project delays/unauthorized return shipping fees incurred due to defective products.
- If a product issue can be rectified through technical troubleshooting or replacement parts, we reserve the right to prioritize providing you with technical support or replacement parts.
- Additional reshipping fees, return shipping costs, restocking fees, etc., resulting from customer refusal of package delivery or inability to deliver due to personal reasons, will be the customer's responsibility.
Return Label Acquisition
Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience. You may arrange for a courier to pick up the item(s) from your location. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Packages returned without authorization will not have return shipping costs covered by Simple Project. If the package is damaged or lost during the return process, we will be unable to provide a refund, and the customer will need to file a claim with the carrier independently.
Return Guidelines
1.Packaging Requirements
Please package the product in the same manner as it was received.
- Our packaging is custom-designed to fit the specific dimensions of each product, ensuring optimal protection during transit.
- Please ensure that all internal protective materials are repositioned to safeguard the product and minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
- Please include all accessories with the package.
- Please use transparent tape instead of colored tape.
- If you are unable to return the product in its original packaging, please contact our customer service in advance to inform us.
- Please refrain from packaging different products together in the same parcel.
- Do not return any products other than those you ordered.
- Please do not include any materials, documents, or items in the parcel that do not belong to the original package contents.
2.Print and Affix the Return Label
Please print the return label provided by us and affix it to the outer packaging box.
- If you need to return multiple packages, we will provide you with multiple return labels. Please affix one return label to each package accordingly.
3.Contact Courier for Pickup Service
In general, the return labels we provide include pickup service. After preparing the packages for return, please call the courier, provide the tracking number, arrange a pickup time, and await pickup at your location.
- If pickup fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, any additional costs incurred for rescheduling pickup will be borne by the customer.
- If the courier fails to pick up the package at the agreed-upon time, please contact the courier immediately to inquire about the situation and also contact us for assistance.
- If you need to change the pickup time, please contact the courier as soon as possible to explain the situation and also contact us for assistance.
4.Waiting for Package Delivery
We will continuously track the delivery of your package to our warehouse. Upon arrival, our warehouse staff will conduct an inspection to ensure the products are delivered correctly.
Refund Policy
We are committed to upholding the legitimate rights and interests of our customers. Any associated costs incurred during the return process will be assessed based on the actual circumstances to determine the responsible party and cost allocation. Simple Project reserves the right for the final interpretation.
