General Terms and Requirements

All products of Simple Project come with a one-year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Simple Project guarantees that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship during normal residential or commercial use for the relevant period measured from the initial purchase date.

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States. It is nontransferable and extends solely to the original purchaser, except when purchased by a plumber, contractor, or other service provider, in which case it extends to the first property owner on whose behalf the product was purchased for installation.

Warranties:

Toilets

  • One-year limited on the chinaware, toilet seat, general mechanical component and basic functionality.
  • One-year limited on the macerator pump, including the materials, functionality and workmanship.

Pedestal Sinks

  • One-year limited on the materials and workmanship.

Bathroom Vanity

  • One-year limited on the materials and workmanship.

Show Door

  • One-year limited on the materials and workmanship.

These warranties does not cover the following:

  1. Reasonable wear and tear during use. For example, reduced gloss, scratches, staining, and corrosion from acids or alkalis due to long-term use, cleaning methods, or water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing defects but normal wear and tear.
  2. Any damage caused by improper maintenance and cleaning. Do not use cleaners containing abrasives or harsh chemicals, as well as any cleaners containing chlorine bleach, ammonia, alcohol, strong alkaline solutions, or metals.
  3. Any damage to personal property or real estate caused by the use of this product.
  4. Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, or abuse.
  5. Compliance with local building codes. The buyer should consult with local building or plumbing contractors before installation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  6. Labor or other costs associated with removal or installation, including any costs of surrounding materials.
  7. Any losses incurred due to natural disasters, societal crises, logistical factors, etc., beyond the reasonable control of Simple Project/ exceeding reasonable control.
  8. Products not purchased on simpleprojectus.com, or purchased from sellers not authorized by simpleprojectus.com.
  • If upon inspection it is determined that the item has a defect due to craftsmanship not excluded above, it falls within the warranty coverage.

Limitations and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Project explicitly states that it does not assume the following responsibilities:

SIMPLE PROJECT PROVIDES THIS WARRANTY POLICY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SIMPLEPROJECTUS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PROMOTION AND/OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, MANAGEMENT COSTS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, AND/OR CUSTOMER LOSSES.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
  • This warranty policy grants consumers specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on the jurisdiction.
  • Under no circumstances shall Simple Project be liable for any installation, removal, repair, replacement costs, including labor costs and other incidental or consequential expenses. Under no circumstances shall Simple Project's liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all relevant information regarding your warranty, including your order number, a complete description of the product issue, clear images or videos demonstrating the product issue, and proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

  • Simple Project reserves the right to conduct inspections it deems necessary.
  • If Simple Project discovers any such defects during inspection, arising from normal use, furthermore, if the product defect can be rectified through technical troubleshooting or replacement of the product or parts (including the same or similar model), we reserve the right to prioritize providing you with technical support and replacement products/parts (including the same or similar model).
